Partner Chris George brings over 20 years of experience in large loss claims adjusting, self-insured retention (SIR) programs, as well as third party administration and program management. Chris has managed large loss exposures (exceeding $5,000,000) claims in multiple lines of business including: commercial transportation, commercial general liability and construction defect. His work history includes Senior Claims Manager with one of the nation’s largest transportation companies, overseeing commercial trucking and general liability claims, in addition to managing general liability and construction defect programs for a large TPA. Chris has been active and held officer positions in several professional associations such as the Tennessee Claims Association, ATA and TIDA.

David Hartman

Partner David Hartman has 15 years experience managing multi-line commercial, large loss claims for Fortune 500 insurance companies, as well as third party administration firms, managing general agencies and program business including self-insureds and re-insurers. David has worked as a Claims Manager for one of the top five MGAs in the country, as well as a TPA for commercial auto and general liability claims. David holds P&C licenses in over 30 states; has an Associates in Claims Designation and is often called upon by insurers to represent their interests in agreed dispute resolution mediations. David is a current member of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International and a former member of the Nashville Claims Association. David is a graduate of East Tennessee State University holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a specialization in Investments.
